We offer free shipping for all orders over $50.
1.Order processing time
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). Order processing includes product quality inspection, packaging and warehouse preparation. In case of promotional activities or force majeure factors (such as extreme weather), the processing time may be slightly extended, and we will notify you of the latest progress by email.
2. Delivery range and time efficiency
We ship from the nearest warehouse in the United States and Canada. The specific delivery time efficiency is as follows:
A. Domestic delivery in the United States
Economic delivery: 5-8 working days
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
Courier: USPS, UPS
B. Domestic delivery in Canada
Economic delivery: 6-10 working days
Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
Courier: Canada Post, UPS
C. Delivery in other countries/regions
At present, we have not opened a fixed international delivery service. If you are located in a country/region other than the United States and Canada, please contact us through the customer service email (support@aokertech.com) or online chat before purchasing to confirm the delivery feasibility, cost and estimated time efficiency.
3. Express delivery partners
United States: USPS, UPS
Canada: Canada Post, UPS
We will automatically assign the best express delivery service based on the delivery address, product type and inventory status. We do not support designated carriers for the time being.
4. Logistics tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the logistics order number and tracking link. You can check the status of the package in real time through the courier company's official website or the link in the email.
5. Important notes
Holiday impact: During peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday or statutory holidays, the courier company may be delayed. Please reserve more time for delivery.
Address accuracy: Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate. If the package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, the customer shall bear the secondary delivery fee.
Tariffs and import taxes: International orders may incur tariffs or import taxes. Such fees shall be borne by the recipient. Please confirm with the local customs before signing for the package.
